I am a qualified & experienced Counsellor with over 8 years of therapeutic practice. My style is collaborative as although I have professional knowledge & experience to offer, you are the expert on you, so it's up to us to make counselling a worthwhile opportunity for you.
Most people come to counselling because they are struggling with some aspect of their life. Often we doubt or criticise ourselves, we feel overwhelmed with life events or confused by our emotions, we may find ourselves in conflict with others. These are all normal aspects of being human and sometimes we need extra support to get through a difficult time. I provide a safe space for self-understanding, compassion, curiosity & connection providing you with the opportunity to move towards healing and growth. I aim to help you find your own unique way to meet life's challenges with confidence & resilience.

Your first session
I offer a 50 minute session at half price because I believe it's important for you to find the right therapist. There is no obligation to continue with me.
The 1st session is a chance to discuss what has brought you to counselling & consider what you'd like to get from it. Many people feel apprehensive about starting counselling. We will go at your pace.
Ongoing
- Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60
- Concessionary rates are £45 (lower rates available for online sessions)
- I am happy to work with you short-term, long-term or anywhere in-between.
- We will work together to understand your needs - there is no one-size-fits-all for therapy.
