Maybe you are in conflict with yourself or others or experiencing a difficult situation and can't see a way through. I provide a safe space for self-understanding, compassion and connection, giving you the opportunity to move towards healing and growth.

Many people feel apprehensive about starting counselling. We can go at your pace. Your initial session is 30 minutes and free of charge. It's a chance for you to say what has brought you to counselling and consider what you'd like to get from it. There is no obligation to continue with me. It's important you find the right Counsellor for you.
